Chatty Chatham is back with it's second episode: Hurricane Havoc.

This hand-drawn animated series was created for students in 2nd through 4th grade and explains how local government works in a fun and easy-to-understand way. We partnered with a local educator to ensure the content aligns with Georgia’s learning standards for this age group.

In "Hurricane Havoc," Melvin the Mosquito stirs up chaos, once again. When no one shows up for his pilates class, due to a hurricane threat, he begins to spread rumors that hurricanes are not real. Will the community believe him and not take safety precautions ahead of the storm?
